Focus management issue in the Export Options Modal

Issue:
Focus does not return to the control (the "Export Options" button) that opened the export options modal window. Instead, it moves to the top of the focus order, forcing users to navigate back through most of the application before getting to the button that opened the modal.

Notes:
Ensure that when the export options modal is closed, the focus returns to the "Export" button. Currently, focus is not properly managed and returns to the top of the focus order. This can confuse users, especially those using assistive technologies, as they will have to manually navigate back to the export control.
