Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
#8964 introduced full screen functionality to image/gallery/annotated image and added some nice icons for full screen as well.

The chatbot already has some functionality like this but it is different than was introduced in #8964. Clicking on an image will only take up the chatbot area as opposed to the full screen. I think we should consolidate and just use the full screen capability of the component in the chat history.
