[Bug] Compare-to is broken for Evolution: Conversion

What happened?

Customer reported, and I reproduced in demo.matomo.cloud.

When viewing the Evolution here:
Ecommerce >> Overview >> Conversion
The evolution graph is totally blank.

What should happen?

The evolution, comparison, should populate normally: not be blank.

How can this be reproduced?

1. For a site which has Ecommerce data, and conversions, go in Matomo interface to Ecommerce >> Overview >> Conversion
2. Choose in date: Year:compare or daterange:compare
3. In the evolution, choose Conversion.

(Note: the feature is NOT broken for day comparison.
The feature is also NOT broken for comparing

• Revenue
• Products
• Value)

Sounds like a duplicate or at least related to #19933, #21993 and #15349

I am also dealing with this issue. Impacts a parent company that leverages Matomo heavily for ecommerce with +30 brands and teams.
