Rationale

The B2C Subscriptions code in edx-platform - including the revoke entitlements endpoint /subscriptions/entitlements/revoke - is edX/2U specific and it's no longer being used by edX/2U.

The endpoint has restricted access to private backend subscriptions service and is highly unlikely this endpoint and other subscriptions logic is being used by the community.

Removal

We will remove the following changes -

Replacement

We do not propose any replacement for this subscriptions functionality.

Deprecation

We do not believe marking code for deprecation is necessary given this is edX/2U specific and highly unlikely used by the community.
