The Barukaza Workshop Fortress Breaker, commonly known as the Scarab, is a super heavy assault vehicle utilised by the Banished. Like the similar vehicles employed by the Covenant, the Banished Scarab is a large quadrupedal walker that is armed with an excavation cannon on its front. It is also armed with six Thrasher missile launchers, for defense against air units.

In Halo Wars 2, the Banished Scarab acts as the super unit for most Banished leaders, excluding Voridus, whose super unit is a specialised variant known as the Volatile Scarab.
