Hamanune (plural Hamanush) was a name used to refer to a species of human by contemporary humans and the Forerunners. The species lived on Erde-Tyrene during the Forerunner era, and were described as bronze-skinned and predominantly hairless.[1] Chakas was a Hamanune.[2]
