Our Dublin Investment and Corporate Accountant teams recently joined forces for an exciting team-building experience on Escape Boats. The entire group put their problem-solving skills to the test in a friendly competition. All teams managed to escape before the time ran out, with the winning team escaping in just 52 minutes! 

Our team in Hong Kong recently ventured to Shenzhen, immersing themselves in the city's vibrant energy at Coastal City Plaza. Afterwards, the group got in the competitive spirit with bowling, table tennis, archery, video games, and other fun team building activities.

The HarbourVest Women's Network in Toronto participated in a wellness workshop on nervous system regulation. Our team members worked with Canada's leading primal wellness therapy expert, Lisa Marie Kricfalusi, to learn the basics of the nervous system, its functions, and the importance of regulation for wellbeing and professional performance.  At HarbourVest, we believe wellness matters. In addition to several weeks of learning and contributing to departments across HarbourVest, our summer interns worked on a collective project focused on understanding what Generation Z colleagues value in the workplace. Their research, including a firm-wide survey, highlights Gen Z's desire for purposeful work, growth opportunities through feedback and mentorship, and authentic connection.
