This movie was entertaining, but it also didn’t make sense. The stakes seemed very high for this very small unincorporated town and, as a former Louisianan, I didn’t quite get what the need for corruption even was. Like was the whole force really in on this scheme that only got them $36,000 divided by however many cups there were? Did they just want a bigger budget that badly?
