Alien: Romulus 2024
Probably the third best in the series but it’s still a fair ways off and that’s ok.
It perfectly captures the Alien formula hitting all the expected beats but does something interesting with each one. It feels like a speed run of the series taking elements from Alien, Aliens, Resurrection and Prometheus. The only thing that I didn’t really like was *light spoilers* the digital necromancy of a dead actor when this his been an ethical debate for 8 years.
