every time I decide to rewatch this movie, I promise myself that I'll never watch it again because it leaves me feeling empty and sad each time but it's such an incredible fim despite all that, so I come back anyways.

this is my fifth rewatch of fight club and I'm only now picking up certain details that I've missed the other times I've seen it.
the storyline is extremely captivating even at the beginning and just gets even more gripping as new characters that are incredibly well-written and unique are introduced.

this is my first time rewatching this movie and I am amazed. wow. the first time I've seen this movie I really disliked it because I mostly just didn't even understand it or the depth of it, but watching it now has truly changed my opinion.
there are so many details and aspects of this movie and each shot of it was an enjoymentβ¦
βbut they donβt feel like heroes. because they were dead like us, and only they got to come back home.β
a masterpiece that I'll never be able to watch again because of how unsettling the true story actually is.
it's genuinely nothing but an awfully good film but many scenes made me so uncomfortable, however, a movie that handles such a serious topic cannot be easy to watch.
