Overview

“Community Offerings” are offerings published by third parties or Collibra within the Collibra Marketplace community. Community Offerings are free and made available “as is” by Collibra. Your master commercial agreement with Collibra for the Collibra Service DOES NOT apply to your use of the Community Offerings (including any warranties, support services and service levels referenced therein). Your use of Community Offerings is subject to the Collibra Marketplace License Agreement, as may be modified from time to time by Collibra. Collibra encourages users to seek assistance for Community Offerings from peers and other Data Citizens via the Collibra Community platform.

This integration is a template that has been developed in cooperation with a few select clients based on their custom use cases and business needs.
While all effort has been made to encompass a range of typical usage scenarios, specific needs beyond this may require chargeable template customization.

This document provides an overview of the benefits of this particular integration, and how to sync data from Collibra to Ellie and back.

The following are the benefits of the integration:

Enables users in your Ellie product design solution to gain better understanding of the data consumed and produced by your business processes (and the ability to go to Collibra Cloud for more details).
Enables users in Collibra to align data domains and concepts in support of your data products so you have a view of how products are consumed, and address regulatory and compliance requirements.

The current integration of Ellie.ai product desing with Collibra Cloud provides the following capabilities:

Ability to sync the conceptual data from Collibra Data Cloud to glossary entities in Ellie.ai. Update model entity relations between data concepts and data domains back in Collibra.
Enables users in Collibra to align data domains and concepts in support of your data products so you have a view of how products are consumed, and address regulatory and compliance requirements.

Package includes a jupyter notebook for exploration, a command line interface app you can run and schedule, a streamlit app you can use to demo and explain how things work. The custom integration is available as is. Feel free to take it, adjust it for your specific needs and make it yours.
