Bide-a-Wee RV Campground

Bide-a-Wee RV Campground was a caravan park inhabited entirely by a group of Skrull desertors who abandoned Queen Veranke's campaign to invade the Earth. They hoped to ride out the invasion, but after it passed they realized they loved their new lifestyle, and decided to stay at the park, disguised as humans and living completely off the grid.^[1]

During the War of the Realms, a group of heroes banded together to protect the infant Laussa Odinsdottir from the forces of the Queen of Cinders.^[2] The baby instinctively used her powers to influence people's spirits to gather an army throughout their road trip. One of her targets was Bide-a-Wee, and Laussa influenced the group's driver, Hawkeye, into heading there. While her "Babysitters Club" was mingling with the locals, Laussa made a piece of cinder from a bonfire land on one of the Skrulls, causing him to reveal his true nature. All the Skrulls then attacked the heroes to keep the secrecy of their existence. Laussa had Death Locket bring her to the Skrulls, and she charmed them into backing down.^[1]

Bide-a-Wee was attacked by Ares during his hunt for Laussa the following day after the "Babysitters Club" had left, and he noticed that the camps' members had reduced in number.^[3] When the nature of Laussa's powers was revealed, the Skrulls from Bide-a-Wee caught up with Laussa's protectors, and later headed to Avengers Mountain to join the troops to fight the War of the Realms.^[4]
