History
Governi was the king of Thule in the Pre-Cataclysmic Age, circa 18,500 BC.
To celebrate the wedding of his daughter Elise with Rashver, son of the King of Verulia, King Governi held a week long festival inviting the rulers of the various nations of the Thurian Continent and the surrounding islands, where King Kull fist met Iraina. Governi proclaimed a tournament for the entertainment of his royal guests with each ruler pitting their champion against the others. Kull chose Brule to fight against Iraina, who was chosen by Ku-Var, self proclaimed ruler of Atlantis, but the Pict decided not to attack a woman, and was publicly humiliated by the female warrior.[1]
