After giving Venom a chase through the city, Electro attacked Spider-Man, forcing Venom to defend Spider-Man's unconscious body. After Venom took down Electro's health, he used nearby electronic billboards to regenerate his health. Venom destroyed all the billboard to prevent Electro from using them to restore his health while keeping him away from Peter then wore him down until he was defeated.^[1]
