Simon Gilbert was the Chairman of Stark Industries' Board of Directors. He tried to remove Tony Stark from his President position.[1]
Father of the late Firebrand and Stark's romantic interest Roxanne Gilbert, Simon Gilbert was seemingly killed in an accident,[2] but he later resurfaced as a competitor for Stark Enterprises, running GilberTech.[3]See Also
