History
After the destruction of Tarnax IV the Skrull throneworld and the fragmentation of their empire, Skrull warlords had taken over the various colony worlds and warred with each other. Skrell a colony world which was founded by Skrull scientists was mostly ignored by the warlords, who traditionally had little regard for the scientist caste. It was the stronghold of Intelligentsia, which had been created by the scientists as the Skrull answer to the Supreme Intelligence.
The Super-Skrull who was in service to Intelligentsia brought Kelly Kooliq (a walking nexus of realities) to her. The Silver Surfer, Moondragon, and Captain Marvel arrived to rescue her. Intelligentsia revealed to them the threat she posed to the universe. Kelly herself confirmed this and begged to be killed. Silver Surfer agreed with Intelligentsia that she posed a threat to reality, but Captain Marvel changed back to Rick Jones and convinced Kelly to go to a reality where she never had the power to alter reality.[1]
