Slaughter-Man was a mercenary who fought against Hawkeye in Amarillo, Texas. During the battle, Slaughter-Man fired energy pistols at Bishop but she countered that with a few arrows which hit him in the lower extremities and thus pinned him to the wall.
Slaughter-Man told Kate that he would put up a fight if she took him to jail, but she said that wasn't the reason she was there for. Instead she served him divorce papers from his wife citing irreconcilable differences.[1]
