Ukko (Earth-616)

Ukko is the sky god of the Jumalat, the Finnish gods. The son of the Sky Father Ilmarinen, he eventually succeeded Ilmarinen as Sky Father and, with the goddess Akka (actually the Earth Mother Gaea), created subsequent generations of Finnish gods.^[1]

In modern times, he represented the Jumalat at meetings of the Council of Godheads, such as when the council convened to send a "God Squad" to battle and defeat the Skrull gods Kly'bn and Sl'gur't,^[2] and when the council was later attacked by Mikaboshi's army of enslaved deities.^[3]

• Ukko has power over the sky and weather akin to Zeus allowing him to create thunderbolts and create rain. He has other mostly unrevealed mystical powers.^{[citation needed]}
• Ukko possibly possesses superhuman strength to lift (press) 85 tons under optimal conditions.^{[citation needed]}

Ukko wields the magic metal hammer Ukonvasara,^[1] as well as a sword.

Ukko often rides about in a cart pulled by a large ram.^{[citation needed]}
