Veranke (Earth-32323)

Veranke was the leader of a Skrull invasion that aimed at keeping Steven Rogers and Tony Stark. She placed "Bucky" to infiltrate the Iron and work under Stark. She later sent Bullseye to assassinate Rogers, but failed and killed Miriam Sharpe. When She-Hulk tracked down Bullseye in the Blue and discovered the truth about Bucky she had her kidnapped and brought down into the Divide to lure Stark down. After Stark escaped her clutches Veranke ran off and eventually tracked down by She-Hulk who knocked her out.^[1]
