Wild Tiger was a drug that was a type of speed (methamphetamine). It was more addictive than morphine and more lethal than heroin. The Cursed Lotus ordered the Wild Tiger Mob to dump a huge vat of the drug into the waters, so that every tap and basin in every home throughout Asia would be overflowing with the drug. Resulting in an Asia of addicts, desperate for Wild Tiger.[1]
