A Bajoran betrothal bracelet was an item that a Bajoran gave to a partner when they were to be married.
In 2371, while affected by Lwaxana Troi's telepathic projections, Vedek Bareil Antos tried to give Jadzia Dax a betrothal bracelet. She later grabbed it from him and presented it to Benjamin Sisko. (DS9: "Fascination")
A similar item, the Bajoran pledge bracelet, was worn by romantic partners if they did not necessarily intend to marry. (DS9: "Indiscretion")
