Ixtana'Rax, an Honored Elder, in 2374
Honored Elder was a term among the Jem'Hadar for soldiers who lived past the age of twenty. Few lived long enough to earn this title since Jem'Hadar rarely lived past the age of fifteen.

Honored Elder was also used among the Kelpiens to address their Elders in their villages on Kaminar in the 23rd century to the 31st century. (DIS: "Su'Kal")
The script of "In Purgatory's Shadow" identified Ikat'ika as an Honored Elder. [1]
Taran'atar, a Jem'Hadar assigned by Odo to Deep Space 9 in the Deep Space Nine relaunch series, was also an Honored Elder.
