Leland Orser (born 6 August 1960; age 64) is an actor who appeared as Gai in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine second season episode "Sanctuary", Lovok in the third season episode "The Die is Cast", Dejaren in the Star Trek: Voyager fourth season episode "Revulsion", and Loomis in the Star Trek: Enterprise third season episode "Carpenter Street".

For the VOY episode "Revulsion", he filmed his scenes between Monday 14 July 1997 and Thursday 17 July 1997 and on second unit on Thursday 21 August 1997 on Paramount Stage 16. His costume from this episode was later sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1](X) His costume from the episode "The Die is Cast" was also sold off. [2](X)

Orser has also appeared in several other films such as Seven (1995), Independence Day (1996, with Brent Spiner and Erick Avari) Saving Private Ryan (1998), Pearl Harbor (2001, with Randy Oglesby and Raphael Sbarge), Daredevil (2003, with Erick Avari and Jude Ciccolella), Confidence (2003, with Tommy "Tiny" Lister, Jr.) and Alien Resurrection (1997, starring Winona Ryder, with Raymond Cruz, Ron Perlman and Brad Dourif). He also had a recurring role on ER as Dr. Lucien Dubenko. He later appeared in all three of Taken film series as Sam Gilroy (2008-2014). He guest starred in a season 7 episode of The Golden Girls (with Nicholas Kepros, Zach Grenier, and Tony Plana).

From 2016 to 2019, he was a regular on Berlin Station, along with Michelle Forbes, Ashley Judd, and James Cromwell.
