General Norman Schwarzkopf, Jr. was an American Army officer in the late 20th century.
After Jonathan Archer restored a damaged timeline, Schwarzkopf could be seen in the time stream as the timeline realigned itself. (ENT: "Storm Front, Part II")
Marianna Hill, who played Doctor Helen Noel in TOS: "Dagger of the Mind", is Schwarzkopf's cousin.
