The USS Victory (NCC-1535) was a 23rd century Federation starship, a Miranda-class transport vessel in Starfleet service in the 2280s. In particular, the Victory was outfitted for duty as an advanced commando transport (NCT+). (TOS video game: Starfleet Command)
In 2294, the Victory transported Captain Spock to a rendezvous with the USS Enterprise-B, in order to attend Captain John Harriman's unveiling of a memorial plaque in James T. Kirk's honor after he was killed aboard the ship in the previous year. (TOS - Spock: Reflections comic: "Issue 1")
By the mid-24th century, the Victory had either been lost or decommissioned and replaced by a Constellation-class vessel bearing the same name. (TNG episode: "Elementary, Dear Data"; ST reference: The Star Trek Encyclopedia)
