That's not so obvious to me, as they appear to have been practicing UPE and the above since 25 January, using 4 account names and 2 IP Addresses. They keep uploading and adding unfree photos of Rachel Parris to her article (which appeared first elsewhere on the Internet), and have thus far refused to provide a recent free photo of her (or OTRS permission for a previously mentioned photo). -- Jeff G. ツ (please ping or talk to me) 09:15, 9 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Sockpuppet of User:Sidowpknbkhihj (w:ja:LTA:HEATHROW), cross-wiki long-term abuse.

This account has been appeared in Japanese Wiktionary, German Wikipedia, and Japanese Wikipedia, and has been blocked at Japanese Wikipedia (w:ja:Special:Redirect/logid/5286620). In Japanese Wiktionary, he edited n:ja:大阪市 新型コロナ病床新設1床当たり1000万円を医療機関へ, the article that many sockpuppets; User:SURIRUI, User:ムヨは無用, User:査読専門家, User:もじー has been edited. In addition, in German Wikipedia, he created w:de:Kojima Zentarō, whose Japanese version w:ja:小島善太郎 has been created by sockpuppet of Sidowpknbkhihj. Furthermore, in Japanese Wikipedia, he edited w:ja:寛保津波, the article about tsunami, the topic Sidowpknbkhihj usually edits. Several of those IP adresses are open proxies. Udha (master) is a blocked user in sq.wiki along with his sockets, having consumed all of the means to come to an agreement. He is a prolific sock creator and edit-warrior in both the Albanian (SQwiki), in the German Wikipedia (DEwiki) and he even uses Meta-Wikimedia to push his POV. He refuses to block his new sockpuppets even when there is evident proof that they're sockpuppets. The nowadays topic is regarding an avalange of mass-reverting IPs since the 5th of March: edit-warring and WP:Battlegrounding everything regarding their simingly "prefered" articles: being the writer's Ismail Kadare's page, his works, and his feuds alimented by his minions. Easily verifiable simply putting together the IPs editation maps and everybody will see the pattern clearly.

Ever since he was blocked in 2018, he used his own IP adresses like open proxies such as user:185.248.103.164 to vandalize (1) and editwar in the article of Ismail Kadare and has been creating one sockpuppet after another. These include several open proxies (which were recently blocked) and User:Tllja rikes, User:Glaukias etc. As soon as his latest Ips continue to war, we suspect that he created a new sockpuppet. Thise Ips seem experienced and in just a few days he has edited a lot of articles Udha1 and his socks edited as well. He insults and attacks people all the time. I have behavioral evidence as well, this means that the case is confirmed. As one of the people attacked by him, I confirm Tllja rikes is just another sockpuppet of Udha1, created just 1 day after his latest socks were discovered and blocked. Please help us, as we don't know how to stop him. Another user already mentioned his vandalism here and here, but although some of his accounts are blocked indefinitely, at least two admins seem to back or encourage him (one of the admins didn't react at all). He is known for his nationalist, Islamophobic bias, obsession towards Ismail Kadare and adding of POV content (like changing the description from "leader of a uprising" to "analphabetic villager" in the article of Haxhi Qamili). Currently he keeps editing in this way with two IP adresses and has some "reserve" accounts (see above). With them, he frequently asks unaware user for approving his edits to make it more "blue" (here and here). This user might be a symptom for the nationalist bias in the smaller wikipedias. The problem is that Udha keeps editwarring and using open proxies with different IPs and accounts like here and here. His global account exists only for stalking and hounding against his "enemies" in order to abuse this wikipedia as a BATTLEGROUND. It seems inevitable bringing things here due to the passivity of the admins in our community in the decision-making process and not having the lucidity to discern an honest contributor from a biased, most probably payed, curator of a writer's image.

Some of his edits need to be hided because of the use of swear words and calling names. And even if your leave these aside, last night in the most undignified way offending defunct individuals of our culture and then some (the verb për të ngordhur in Albanian is used only for animals, pretty much like the informal croak in English; alluding towards me being Nazimi's son ("kopil" used by him means bastard, he expressively uses one of the most offensive verbs in Albanian "i shkërdhyer", as most verbs in English can be used as adjectives, having an area of meanings nit mostly used instead of the 4th in this list) and the admin just stood there and yet has't blocked the IP for this undecent language.--Franz Kasulke (talk) 17:58, 15 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
