I haven't watched many anime over the past years. Nor have I read many visual novels. Although I used to do both of these things with much passion. I've instead become more of a collector of manga over the years. There is a bit of a library being built, I own somewhere in the range of 2500 volumes at this point. I'm always adding more. I tend to read more romance and LGBTQ stuff.

Anyway, sorry about the late response. The Patriots aren't looking so great, even if they did beat my team and put a big dent into their postseason hopes. I don't think the Eagles deserve a spot in the postseason anyway because of their injuries and the QB Wentz not playing to his potential.
That explains it. Collecting stuff can get pretty crazy, as I know that from experience as a Yugioh player for many, many years. And yes, Western ones don't really suit my tastes too because of my strong anime and Japan biases. I hope another NieR game does come out soon as Automata was still one of the best games I've played on a console.
Shoot. I would think Europe has those two handily beat, but in saying that I'd be overlooking a lot of the potential for both areas. Countrysides would be great for both scenery and illegal activity! haha
Nice! Well, I guess we'll both strike the right balance with our finances eventually. I'd like to spend it all myself more often than not, but life throws some pretty wicked curveballs at you when you least expect it and especially welcome it. And yes, DSLR cameras can do a lot. But still they require some skill and finesse to get the most out of them, particularly with manipulating light and darkness.
Btw, if you have WhatsApp that might be better for communicating. Lmk! MAL is unfortunately well past its prime in my book, but at least the good old days of "clubbing" and watching too much damn anime were fun!
I'm the opposite in staying away from many games because of that fear of time sinking or being so worried about time constraints. Sounds like a lot to get to and a lot for Atelier fans! So that's the main genre you specialize in with games?
Drive or ride. It's one of the things I value being single for, even if being single sometimes involves feeling lonely or confined. It would be even more crazy living in the mainland USA or some other large continent! I'm not sure I'd even come home on some days.
Shoot. I dunno now whether to take what you say at face value or just laugh it off. You must be hella skilled at that! Oh, and the anime I'm referring to is Tamayura: More aggressive and, in particular, this character.
That's quite a few full plates! Shoot. I really like how those games look and also the character designs, but I'm too set on playing action-based RPGs. How many games are in that Atelier series anyway? And how many have been adapted into anime besides that Escha & Logy one from like ages ago? Are you bigger on the turn-based stuff, then?
On my end, I still play that racing game (Assetto Corsa) that I bought my racing chassis and setup for time to time. In 2017, I upgraded the wheel-pedal-shifter set from Thrustmaster hardware to Fanatec. And before that I even bought the PSVR for fun, which was a waste of money in my book until games like Wipeout and Beat Saber became available. Beat Saber is probably the smoothest game I've played in VR to date and a great successor or option among all the great rhythm music games out there like Beatmania, DDR, Guitar Hero, etc. The main game I'm playing now is the new Crash Team Racing (since mid-June), which will soon be accompanied by NFS Heat in a few days. That will be the first NFS game I own and play in full since Undercover for the PS2 back in 2008.
As for my life, it feels like a mess outside of motorcycling tbh. But thankfully motorcycling is damn awesome and gave me a means to go fast and to explore other areas of the island. I hope to one day document my exploits with a proper GoPro setup, but that will have to wait since I had a setback with purchasing a dud of a used car from a friend. Other than that I bought a Pentax DSLR camera last year in tribute to that Tamayura sequel anime that aired back in 2013. So yeah, for better and for worse I blew a lot of money between 2017 and now especially.
How are you?
Well, yeah. I mean, obsessing over it too much can't do any good, since you'll age regardless of how you feel about it.
I knew I wasn't gonna be eternally young... but it's still feels surreal. I mean, 27 is still young, sure, but I've been a legal adult for 9 years now. And in less than 3 years i'll be 30. I remember being 19 just yesterday and thinking I was gonna be 30 in 11 years... what I wouldn't give to be 19 again.
Feels a bit different for me. I have changed a bit in the last 5 years. Looking back, I was still a kid at the time. And people aged 22 and below look very immature to me nowadays.
