Simplified Financing Workflow

The Simplified Financing Workflow offers an intuitive and adaptable process that can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. This workflow incorporates multiple filters within a unified interface. Each step of the workflow includes checks and balances. Filters can be applied to criteria such as the maximum offer value for a customer, financing amounts, risk exposures, the number of active contracts with a customer, among others.

How Does Our Simplified Financing Workflow Work?

Stage 1

This phase involves collecting all the necessary data to secure approval for an order. Various web services can be utilized to compile information about the customer from multiple external sources.

Stage 2

At this stage, we examine the collected data to determine whether the offer can proceed with the analysis using the simplified workflow, or if it necessitates a more thorough examination in the extended analysis.

Stage 3

At stage three, we gather the required information to decide if a customer is eligible for credit or a lease. A rating is then assigned to the company, reflecting its payment history and behavior.

Stage 4

In stage four, we collect the necessary information to determine whether a credit or lease can be granted to the customer. Based on the company information we have acquired regarding its payment behavior, a rating is assigned to this company.

SplashRisk: Your Compass For Success In Uncertainty

The Risk File

If the customer is not accepted during the Simplified Risk procedure, or is filtered out beforehand, we can conduct an Extended Risk Analysis. This analysis is based on the risk file, which includes customers, endorsers, and beneficiaries, created specifically for this customer.

All-In-One

The Risk File has been designed intuitively, consolidating all necessary information and calculated values—such as monthly rates, worst-case scenarios, interest rates, shock rates, and rates under various depreciation conditions—in one location. Additionally, several indicators are provided beneath the Risk File to assess the customer's creditworthiness, efficiency, and cash flow.

Approval Table

An approval table is generated from the offer information and the risk file, which is directly linked to the risk file. This table provides a summary of the individuals required to approve the offer prior to its final acceptance. SplashRisk offers the capability to integrate this approval workflow, enhancing the efficiency of the entire risk and approval procedure.
