Iaidon Dreadnoughts are titanic Iconian dreadnoughts operated by the Heralds during their invasion of the Milky Way. They are used as capital ships during fleet actions, and also tasked with defending Iconian installations in contested space. They are also capable of deploying Mir Fighters to aid them in combat.

- “Blood of Ancients”: An Iaidon Dreadnought bombards the surface of Lae'nas III, destroying the Preserver Archive located there.
- “Delta Flight”: An Iaidon Dreadnought is dispatched to defend a Solanae station in the Calbriden System.
- “Gateway to Gre'thor”: An Iaidon Dreadnought arrives with a fleet, in the final Herald assault in orbit of the Qo'noS system.
- “The Herald Sphere”: An Iaidon Dreadnought is the final line of defense inside the Herald Sphere, siphoning power from nearby gateways.
- “Broken Circle”: An Iaidon Dreadnought serves as M'Tara's flagship during the assault on the Iconian Herald Sphere. During an attack on the ship, the I.K.S. Kortar rams it causing severe damage - forcing it to retreat into a gateway. Later, the player along with allied boarding parties, beam aboard to take the flagship.
- “Midnight”: An Iaidon Dreadnought serves as L'Miren and T'Ket's flagship during the Iconian attack on Earth. When the player returns from Ancient Iconia, L'Miren transports the player aboard to retrieve the World Heart. She then departs for Iconia, returning the player to Starfleet Academy.
- “The Measure of Morality (Part 2)”: The ship appears as an assimilated simulacrum.
