- “Time and Tide”: The Kobali Observer is one of the representatives to the signing of the Temporal Accords. If the player speaks to her in the main hall, she speaks of her thankfulness for the Accords and the concern that without them, those who disagree with the Kobali custom of Rebirth might use time travel against them.
