Commander Chulak was a Romulan Commander of a Romulan Star Empire outpost in Galorndon Core System during the 23rd Century. He commanded the I.R.W. Vauthil.
Missions involved[]
“The Core of the Matter”: Chulak conspires with Krog of the Na'kuhl, who has offered the Romulans a Doomsday Machine. Chulak has concerns about the machine, but is reassured by the Envoy, who takes Chulak for a demonstration. When the player attempts to disable the Doomsday Machine, it begins firing indiscriminately; in the ensuing battle, the Machine crashes into the planet, causing massive damage. Chulak warns the player to leave immediately.
