Infected Drones are those individuals who have been freshly assimilated by the Borg. While they do not yet show signs of cybernetic implants, they display the pallor of Borg skin and the cold, relentless behavior of a drone.
They also possess all the strength and abilities of a normal Drone, including the ability to assimilate others.
