Mission Text[]

The Klingon Empire has been making aggressive moves in and around the Neutral Zone. Commander Wildman is spearheading Starfleet's efforts to contain the Situation.

Goal[]

Report to Commander Wildman at Deep Space K-7, a Federation outpost on the edge of the Neutral Zone in the Aldebaran Sector of the Eta Eridani Sector Block.

Notes[]

Introduction mission to the Eta Eridani Sector Block, the Neutral Zone. Talking to Makza will unlock the tutorial mission “Salvaged Relationships in the Neutral Zone”, talking to Calhoun the tutorial missions “Ending Enemy Expansion” and “Keeping your Enemies at Bay”.
Originally the mission also rewarded one of four Common Mk II Body Armors.
Even that Lieutenant Mercedes Santiago is mentioned as one of the Battlemasters on K-7 by Commander Wildman, players are not required to talk to her, nor seems she to give out missions at any point in the game.
