At end of term:
- If the customer doesn't renew their contract with Google Surveys 360 or if the customer or Google terminate the contract, then the customer will no longer have access to Google Surveys 360 services and data.
- Within a commercially reasonable amount of time, customer can request from Google access to their customer data and Google will provide it to the customer.
- After a commercially reasonable amount of time, Google will initiate a process that will delete all customer data from its servers.
