    🤖 Reducing Bias in Hiring with AI 🌐 Unconscious bias in recruitment has long been a barrier to building more diverse, inclusive teams. But AI is changing the game. By focusing on skills and qualifications rather than subjective factors, AI tools are helping organisations make more objective hiring decisions. These platforms use data-driven assessments to evaluate cognitive and emotional traits, ensuring a better fit for the role—without the bias. 💡 Why it matters: - AI can screen candidates faster and more accurately - Reducing bias promotes diversity and strengthens team dynamics - Tools have been proven to increase candidate diversity by up to 16% AI is only as good as the data it's trained on, however.     Last week we hosted the 2nd of our mid-year CTO lunches and roundtable events 🗓 Thanks to our co-host Gary Collier at Man Group and Henry Hickley for organising with Abigail Fernandes!
