There should be a page poor tax. Ghetto tax, to which searches redirect to, is a part of poor taxes, but is more based on where an individual is - the ghetto - than based on income. No matter where one is from, if they are poor, they can pay poor taxes. Poor taxes include ghetto taxes, but not all poor taxes are ghetto taxes. Poor taxes can include late fees for payments. The item in ghetto tax about payday lending should be in an article about poor taxes, as payday lending can exist anywhere. Check cashing fees should be considered a poor tax, not a ghetto tax, and more. Either poor tax should redirect to poverty tax, or poverty tax should redirect to poor tax, as the two are synonymous.
