The book is supposed to come with a supporting DVD. It makes multiple references to the DVD. There is a DVD listed in the version sold on the UK site. No DVD came with the package.
The book is fantastic reference for any Karateka. I do not agree with all the theories proposed by the author but there are a great many of his ideas that should become additional material to cover and correct in many of the modern schools of Karate.
If you study any Karate style this should be on your bookshelf.

How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
