posted on by Lynzee Loveridge
Viz announced on Tuesday that all 52 episodes of its licensed series MÄR are available through Netflix's instant streaming service.
Netflix's streaming service is available through a personal computer as well as through the PlayStation 3, Wii, and Xbox 360 consoles. Viz Media announced in April that it would expand its relationship with Netflix to offer more titles including Bleach, Naruto, Hikaru no Go, Honey and Clover, NANA, Death Note and Inuyasha.
The MÄR series features an ordinary middle-school boy named Ginta Toramizu with an active imagination. One day Ginta enters the world of MÄR through a gate that appears at his school. Within this world Ginta has access to an ÄRM magical accessory, named Babbo, who advises him to fight against the enemies within MÄR.
Viz Media released both Nobuyuki Anzai's original manga and DVD volumes of part of the anime. Viz Media had previously offered the anime via Crunchyroll, Hulu, Joost, Toonami Jetstream, ANN, and its own VizAnime.com website.
