Affinity Groups
Affinity Groups
Bain has been investing in diversity, equity, and inclusion for more than 30 years, and our affinity groups are an enduring, vibrant outpouring of that commitment. A significant portion of Bainies identify with at least one, many identify with multiple, and everyone here celebrates their importance to our culture.
We aim to create a culture of belonging
We offer a wide range of comprehensive programs to create a culture where every Bainie can thrive. These groups are a part of our broader DEI commitments, providing Bainies an added layer of tailored support so members have every opportunity to form meaningful relationships, foster connectivity, and build community. That support happens at the office level, regionally, and globally, and we’re continuously on the lookout for new potential groups.
