Licensed in Texas as a salesperson since 1973 and a broker since 1975, David opened the Academy of Real Estate in San Antonio in the late 1970s. As the administrator, he was responsible for operations, but he also taught several classes, including Ethics, Professional Standards, Contracts, Marketing, and more. Today, David owns his own company. In his tenure, he’s taught for the Texas REALTORS® Association and the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, along with several smaller boards throughout the state. He is a graduate of the Texas Real Estate Leadership Program, as well as a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI).
