Biography
She graduated from the CCC film school with a degree in film directing. Her short film Peces plátano won the best Mexican short film award at the 5th Morelia International Film Festival. In 2010, she directed Entre guerras, a work that forms part of the alternative repertoire of the National Theater Company. No quiero dormir sola (2012) is her feature film debut, which participated in the Venice Biennale Critics’ Week. She has directed episodes for TV series such as Luis Miguel: The Series and Selena’s Secret, among others.
