Sally - married young, one child - discovers that her husband has assumed the upbringing role of her parents. She breaks loose, wanting to stand on her own two feet and become a free woman. But she is conditioned to life in a nuclear family and soon starts living with a new man. They, however, try to build up a relationship characterized by mutual freedom and camaraderie. But freedom is difficult. Sally feels insecure. She wants to have one more child and ends up in a new crisis. (official distributor synopsis)
