Grindhouse: Don't

Of all the fake trailers I’ve seen, Don’t is certainly the punchiest and has the best voiceover. In a typically Grindhouse atmosphere, Edgar Wright flawlessly lampoons all possible sorts of stories about haunted houses and horrific creatures inside them. I certainly wouldn’t go see a movie like this alone :). (2007-04-27)

Slightly better than Werewolf Women of the S. S, but still pretty weak. There are plenty of scary scenes as well as things you shouldn’t ... but overall, I wasn't impressed. (2010-02-15)

Edgar Wright explains in a vintage 1970s style how American audiences were lured by a catchy title without revealing its British origin. I didn’t notice Simon Pegg, but the verbal humor, although not yet as fleshed out, is impossible to overlook. (2021-03-31)
