The first course for the bloodthirsty family comes when a group of campers arrive, realizing only too late that ticks aren't the only things that bite in these dark backwoods. But when some of the most vicious killers in the country escape from a prison transport bus, Three Finger and his family may have met their match. Will justice be served on the convicted murderers or upon the mutant killers? Whatever happens, Wrong Turn 3: Left For Dead delivers one bone-crushing moment after another right to its terrifying end! (official distributor synopsis)

Worn-out, uninteresting, at times downright ridiculous and not bloody enough. When someone makes and writes a film, they should at least try to do something new and distinctive, but the creators of Wrong Turn don't give a damn. It’s a waste of time, although there are a couple of alright moments and the slimy antiheroes are fine. ()
I’m afraid I’ve just witnessed the brutal murder of the Wrong Turn franchise. I quite liked the first two, the first one is decent and easygoing hixploitation (3*) and the second is entertaining splatter spiced up with slasher (4*), but the third part is a boring fiasco with incredibly bad performances and direction, and after only half an hour I was praying for a premature ending, so poor me wouldn’t have to suffer long. Fox, burn in hell for putting the fate of this franchise in the hands of Declan O’Brien, who, to put it mildly, is a very insufficiently talented person. ()
It's as if Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead forgot that it's primarily a crazy slasher flick meant to entertain viewers and perhaps disgust them now and then. This movie wants to play at being something more profound, but it doesn't have the substance for it. Yet it still tries to offer us something more. There was no need for that. It even occasionally moves away from gore and prefers to show us shots of something else instead. That doesn't fit at all with this movie. A stretched-out mess that pretends to be something it's not. Dumber than the first two combined, and unlike them, this one didn’t make me jump or laugh even once—what’s the point? 20%. ()
