When their plans to get away are thwarted, Amy and Ty celebrate their first anniversary closer to home and Amy unveils a special surprise. Meanwhile, Peter lobbies for a reunion forcing Lou to make a difficult decision about her and her family’s future. While her parents grapple with their decision, Georgie has to act quickly on a trail ride when she learns a secret about Adam that leaves his life hanging in the balance.
