High School Caesar

Matt Stevens (John Ashley) is a big man on campus. A rich, young, hustler, Stevens appoints himself the kingpin of his high school by establishing a small-scale crime empire. Anything students want, he'll get: copies of tests for a fee, protection for money, and so on. But Stevens is so ruthless, his fellow students despise him, and when they finally tire of his bullying, they begin to resist his iron-fisted control.
