The British film The Haunting of Borley Rectory is an example of how it is possible to completely fail in utilizing potential. Borley Rectory was supposed to be the most haunted house in England, but there's none of that in the film. All we get is boredom and waiting for something to come. And nothing comes, unfortunately. Ultimately, The Haunting of Borley Rectory is a waste of time that doesn't even please with its almost touching storyline.
