WHAT / IF

A pretty unknown and solid series that goes straight for it from the first episode and throws one twist after another in the second half. While the first half gradually revealed what was going to happen next, the second half stepped on the gas nicely and developed into a great, solid, very well thought out and crazy ride that I really wasn't expecting. The best thing is the likable and fun characters, with the main storyline taking up 70% of the series and the other two minor, but certainly no less interesting, ones taking up the rest. The less you know going into it, the better – plus the plot would be very hard to describe. It's got pace, momentum, twists, psychological elaboration of characters and relationships, and originality, something that hasn't been here before, and I'd take a second season in a heartbeat.
