Alzheimer's is not the only topic of this film, an equally important role is played by the theme of the family, how it functions, coming to terms with disability, and father-daughter relationships. All the themes are handled in a sensitive and bittersweet way. Seriousness is interspersed with lightness, everything feels natural. A pleasant viewing experience. ()
A charming Spanish take on those films about grandparents who want to tick one last thing off the list before crossing the River Styx. This one adds Alzheimer’s into the mix, along with a heap of heartfelt emotions that are bound to leave an impact. ()
