In this installment, Torchy Blane takes on a much more investigative role, which makes her character more intriguing to me compared to the previous films. Surprisingly, the script isn't downright bad either, although the beginning is much better than the finale. After all, knowing who the victim will be is an interesting element to build on. However, that did not work here. ()
